Some people are suspicious and don't like "white" profiles, but based on my not so short experience in SL, the longer and more detailed the profiles, the less trustworthy they are. I'm happy to talk to everyone, I'm reserved about my private life (but in the end it's inevitable to make some prudent references), I just want to spend my free time happily, no dramas please, don't take yourselves too seriously if you're here!
