4.ANXIETY

Having anxity is the most fustarating thing. Knowing as Im freaking out that there is no reason to be freaked out, but not having the ability to shut the emotions down. Letting the emotions cloud your mind, mess up your judgement , take over your thoughts so that you are not able to express yourself properly . Sometimes I get so overwhelmed with the whats ifs in the silence that i just dont know what direction to go, like standing at a four way stop but everything is black.
