Second Life should really hand out awards for Best Disappearing Act. One minute they’re making plans for “later,” the next they vanish without a trace — no goodbye, no warning, just pure digital evaporation. At this point, I’m convinced it’s easier to witness a miracle at Fatima than to see certain people log back in. But sure… “see you tomorrow.”

Behind every flawless pixel goddess curating appointments and managing “exclusive” relationships like a VIP agency, there’s probably someone who wouldn’t get a second glance in real life. But give them perfect lighting, impossible proportions, and a few filters, and suddenly they’re the CEO of romance. It’s amazing what confidence a few thousand pixels can buy — scheduling dates, setting standards, ghosting admirers — all from the comfort of a fantasy that reality would never approve.
