Some streets will remember them, streets unknown to anyone they knew. Nobody will ever know how many times they said “I love you.” Nobody will ever know how many times they forgave each other. Their songs will remain, the songs they used to listen to together. A poem will remain that he wrote on her breasts while she was sleeping. The scent of their skin will remain in the bed of a hotel room. Their love will remain, only touched upon in these few lines.
