Second Life is a peculiar place where we can be whatever we want and take on a look that is limited only by our imagination. However, I've been in SL long enough to have seen the 'padded truths' behind the avi. Let me explain... You can tell others you love to drive a car, yet, you have never been behind the wheel of one. You can tell others you love the sun on your face, or the wind in your hair, but have never been outside. You can tell others you embrace the D/s lifestyle, yet, you have never knelt in front of another, or surrendered yourself to that other person (ie. submission). The above is only a few examples, but here's what I am trying to say. Don't tell others how much you enjoy something if you have never truly experienced it in Real Life. You may surprise yourself how much you DON'T like something once you've have the pleasure of it outside of Second Life. The 'fantasy' of it is only that, a fantasy. When reality hits, you may find yourself in a different frame of mind.
